00:24 or we took one as a family.

00:25 That was not a thing.

00:27 That was a movie thing.

00:28 That was a sitcom thing.

00:29 - You going on a lot of vacations?

00:30 - You know, we gone on the wack

00:32 Southern California locations.

00:35 The Joshwood trees, the Santa Barbaras, the San Diego.

00:38 - San Diego if you're feeling fancy.

00:39 - Yeah.

00:40 - Maybe a little dip in the TJ.

00:41 - Yeah.

00:42 And the outlet malls.

00:44 - Oh, along the way.

00:44 - That's a vacation.

00:46 An outlet mall is a vacation for us.

00:47 - Or if you're feeling extra fancy,

00:49 you go up San Francisco vacation.

00:51 - Oh, I've never done that.

01:10 We had staycations.

01:11 And we saw Sister Act 2 in the theaters.

01:15 - Hometown buffet about two, three times.

01:17 That was the totality of our vacation.

01:20 - I feel like you keep it local

01:22 'cause you know, it didn't have a lot of money.

01:23 And then, 'cause all the money was being saved

01:25 to like go back home to Thailand.

01:27 - We never did the motherland thing.

01:29 - Never ever?

01:29 - No, my parents haven't returned

01:31 to Korea in 30 plus years.

01:34 - What?

01:35 - So like at this point,

01:36 I know more about Korea than they do.

01:38 - When was the last time you went?

01:39 - I go every year.

01:40 - What?

01:41 And you didn't take your parents?

01:42 - Nah, they got Korean dramas.

01:44 They stay updated.

01:45 I mean, they're the ones

01:46 who wanted to come here that bad.

01:47 (laughing)

01:48 - Vacation Nigeria is, it's a whole process.

01:51 I would go way more if the process wasn't such a thing.

01:53 If I go with my mom or dad,

01:54 they wanna bring so many clothes back home.

01:57 So everybody has seven bags.

01:59 - I remember my mom's like,

02:00 "Sim, help me with this in the garage."

02:01 I said, "Sure."

02:02 I was like, "Hey mom, what are all these suitcases?"

02:04 And she goes, "Oh, that's just clothes for India."

02:06 We all live here.

02:07 Everybody we know, including your parents, my dad's,

02:10 everybody lives here.

02:11 I have no idea.

02:12 Who are we giving it to?

02:14 You know?

02:14 All right.
