Victorian program pairing rescue dogs with prisoners proving successful

A program that partners prisoners with rescue dogs, is seeing success at a correctional centre in Victoria's north-east. Dozens of the animals have been successfully rehabilitated and re-homed, while also giving inmates important life skills.
