00:27can take a little spoon. Just a little spoon and taste your broth. It's gonna be
00:35thin which is reasonable. But we didn't add any pepper previously. We only added
00:44our other seasonings and our Creole seasonings which the one I use isn't
00:49heavy on pepper. So what I'm gonna do now is I'm just gonna take some regular old
00:56black pepper. Oh no!
