00:26 because you can kind of have a lot of choices of board games there.

00:30 They've got something for everyone which is quite nice.

01:06 I do lots of volunteering so people should get involved in volunteering

01:10 because then you're busy, it's fun and you're doing something useful rather than knocking it back.

01:17 Well I've cut down, I've cut down a lot but I do things like keep active,

01:26 go out with my daughter and son and go to Zumba and activities like that.
