Japan has capabilities to handle post-quake efforts but M’sia ready to help, says Tok Mat

After officiating an event at the Tourism, Arts and Culture Ministry in Putrajaya on Thursday (Jan 4), Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan told reporters that Japan has its capabilities and expertise to address issues regarding the rescue and relief efforts in the Jan 1 earthquake.
