00:24 South Sudan, distinguished ladies and gentlemen, in the same way I won't take much time except

00:35 to thank you, President, Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta for hosting us here and also for

00:49 reconvening us after two years break so that we may continue with the momentum that we

01:09 had started for our region, bringing it together and working on different projects, again jointly,

01:32 for the benefit of our region and our people. Also, the fact that we had made even headway

01:45 in bringing together governments, the business people, and investors, local and from abroad,

01:59 in a kind of needed partnership to make us, to enable us to realize these projects that

02:14 are very important for the development of our region and our people.

02:21 Therefore, in this light, I want to thank the Honorable Ministers here and other support

02:37 teams that have been working hard to put this together and to give us a sense of direction

02:48 and also the form in which we can be able to implement the work that is necessary to

02:58 be done for everything to come together. So mine is just to say thank you and I know there

03:09 is always going to be a lot of work to do, so I think this moment provides us with an

03:15 opportunity again to re-examine what we have done, what needs to be done, and how we can

03:25 do that. So thank you very much.
