00:10 We will increase our production capacity in some of the products that we manufacture currently.

00:18 We have a very big ambition to grow in 2024 and we have a plan for 2024-2027.

00:27 It is a very clear plan, it has a complete picture of what we want to do in Egypt and regionally.

00:34 We have also conducted a study with one of the international offices and we spent about 7-8 months on it.

00:40 It is very important for any company to work with a clear vision and a clear strategy.

00:44 I was talking to a few people about the need for a clear strategy for all sectors in which Egypt works.

00:51 You are working in Morocco, what are the new markets that you might target in the coming period?

00:56 I can't give you a clear answer, but I can tell you that the results of this study have determined the markets that we can go to.

01:06 The markets that might have a correlation between the products that we manufacture and the markets that we are talking about,

01:16 as well as the investment sectors.

01:19 A lot of things were put into this study, so we have clear targets.

01:23 But our strategy was not like this in the last period.

01:26 We were working with first come first serve, so if someone came to us with a project that we wanted to do,

01:30 we would start thinking about it and study it.

01:32 Today we know that if someone comes to us outside of these areas that we are working in,

01:37 we don't look at them, we don't give them a priority.

01:39 We have a clear plan for 2026.

01:42 Was the growth in 2023 a result of an increase in production or an increase in prices?

01:46 Because the company has increased its products' prices more than once in the year.

01:50 It's one of the two. We have a growth in the size of the products,

01:53 which is a result of an increase in prices, but we also have a growth in the volume that we sold.

01:59 How much increase in prices have you seen since the beginning of the year?

02:02 I don't remember the exact number, but the volume has increased by about 20%.

02:11 How do you deal with the currency crisis, especially when it comes to the import of raw materials?

02:16 We are focused on export. Thank God, this year's export has been very good.

02:22 It saves a large part of the foreign currency that we need.

02:26 How much is the output?

02:28 This year we will exceed one billion pounds in output, which is a very good number.
