00:28 The first wine is a beautiful Cremant from the Loire.
00:32 Cremant is creamier than champagne and softer than Prosecco, so it actually makes a great
00:36 choice for people who might not actually like sparkling wine.

00:42 It's really soft, really creamy.
00:45 It would be a great thing to drink with canapes or to have on its own or to have with your
00:50 smoked salmon breakfast.
00:52 So the white wine in the first box is a Sauvignon Blanc from Xavier Fressant Terrain.
00:58 This is a really versatile white wine.
01:00 It will go just as well with starters as it will with your roast turkey.
01:05 For the red, we've got a Bordeaux, of course.
01:07 This one is from Chateau Tertre de Vaux.
01:12 This is a really fantastic red wine that would be great with your roast beef, but it would
01:16 also be really nice to drink with cheese.
01:19 And lastly, we have a sweet sparkling wine from Italy.
01:23 This is called a Moscato d'Asti, and the producer is Fontana Fredda Moncucco.
01:29 This is a really, really beautiful sweet sparkling wine full of stone fruits and honey.
01:36 It's the perfect thing to have with your dessert, or if you're having ice cream, you can drizzle
01:40 it over the top.
01:41 Okay, so now for the premium box.
01:44 The premium box takes things up a notch.
01:46 So for the sparkling, we have a champagne from Emile Dupuis.
01:51 This is a really beautiful champagne.
01:53 It's just as good to drink on its own if you're toasting or with those canapes and starters
01:59 that you have at the start of the day.
02:01 For the white wine, we have a Saint-Cyr.
02:04 This is from Moulin de Ruyer, 2022.
02:08 This is the perfect wine for seafood.
02:10 If you're having smoked salmon for breakfast or you have any fish-based canapes, this is
02:14 the wine to drink, and it's just as good with your turkey.
02:17 We have another Bordeaux for the reds.
02:19 This is a lesser-known appellation from Chateau de Bergerie, but it's still just as good.
02:25 This is perfect for roast meats, gravy, those big flavors that you have on the Christmas
02:31 table because it's packed full of plummy dark fruits, and it's a big, bold drink.
02:37 And for the dessert wine, we have, interestingly, a Riesling.
02:41 This one, it's from Edmond Renz.
02:44 Riesling is a really versatile type of wine.
02:47 You can get white wines.
02:48 You can get sparkling wines.
02:49 This one is great for dessert.
02:52 It's full of dried fruits and candied citrus, so it's the perfect drink to end the meal.
