Supermarket Sweep UK (S1, Ep 13 - Sept 22nd 1993)

Today's contestants are Jackie & Nicola from Cardiff, Chris & Eric from Cleveland, and Gail & Barbara from Middlesex. They are certainly an odd mixture of contestants, with the first duo looking as if they've wandered onto the wrong show, while Dale Winton (in ill advised pink suit) is surprisingly brief with the chaps in the middle in the introductions. The quiz rounds tally up differing scores for the Super Sweep, but by the end of it it proves a very close thing indeed with just £5 the difference. But who will triumph to go through to the grand final?
