Bipartisan Senate Negotiators Inch Closer to Potential Immigration Deal Amidst Aid Package Talks, As Biden's Aid Package Hinges On Agreement

Senate immigration negotiators from both Republican and Democratic parties see some progress in their discussions around a potential immigration deal as negotiations continue on President Biden's aid package. The negotiations aim to toughen asylum laws and restrict authorities around parole for immigration cases in order to gain Republican support for funding Ukraine, Israel and other priorities in Biden's aid package.
