00:11 the line in a trial stemming from allegations of fraud in his family business.

00:15 From the outset,

00:16 the former president made it no secret his thoughts on the lawsuit.

00:20 >> So very simply put, it's a witch hunt, it's a disgrace.

00:25 We have a corrupt attorney general in this state, you see how she does.

00:28 I borrowed money and I got sued.

00:32 >> The lawsuit was brought about by New York Attorney General Letitia James,

00:36 with Judge Arthur F.

00:38 Engron ruling over the case.

00:40 >> Mr. Trump has repeatedly and

00:43 consistently misrepresented and inflated the value of his assets.

00:48 >> It's fair to say that Trump had some reservations about both.

00:52 >> Letitia James, this woman is grossly incompetent.

00:54 People, we have a very hostile judge, I hate to say it.

00:57 >> After posting false and derogatory statements about the judge's chief clerk,

01:01 Judge Engron handed down a gag order that blocks all parties in the case from

01:06 speaking about court staff.

01:07 As the trial went on, Mr. Trump even appeared emboldened,

01:10 maintaining his plans to run for office in 2024.

01:14 >> My focus, my total focus is being president and, quite honestly,

01:19 making America great again.

01:20 >> He even went as far as to say the lawsuit was a ploy to sabotage his candidacy.

01:26 >> I want everything exposed to the public, including the election fraud,

01:29 because this is all about election fraud.

01:31 >> Throughout the case, members of the Trump family have testified in court,

01:35 with each parroting a similar opinion about the judge and lawyers.

01:38 >> My brother and I had nothing to do with it, but

01:40 it doesn't matter because it's a witch hunt, it always has been.

01:45 They're trying to disqualify my father for 2024.

01:47 He's leading in all the polls.

01:49 Guys, this is a political witch hunt.
