00:08 And one lady was saying she was walking
00:10 because she'd lost her friend in her early 20s.
00:13 And I realized, hang on a minute,
00:15 here I am, you know, trying to raise awareness
00:17 and I don't check myself.
00:19 And it's from that moment then
00:20 that I started to check myself,
00:22 which I wouldn't have done.
00:24 And then just a few months later,
00:26 so if it wasn't for, like, Strictly literally saved my life
00:30 or Pei Rong Wei with the Fletchers,
00:31 I become a Fletcher.
