01:08 Our owners and founders are well travelled and they go from all over different places.
01:15 They went to New York and they saw a Christmas grotto over there and they thought why not
01:21 bring that to the UK.
01:22 This year is hopefully going to be our best year yet.
01:25 It's something where it goes from the cocktails to the service.
01:29 So the service here is completely different to our bar upstairs which is bar service upstairs,

01:35 So it makes it a little bit more intimate.
01:37 It means that the people on the floor can go and sit down, they can relax, they can
01:42 just enjoy Christmas basically.
01:44 We'll bring the cocktails to you, we have cocktails that are so specifically Christmas
01:49 such as the gingerbread and caramel old fashioned that is garnished with a little gingerbread
01:54 man and an orange twist.
01:56 So it's a bit of a homage to classic cocktails but with our Christmas twist.

02:23 steam to wear a Christmas jumper, to put on your silly hats, to sing along to songs.
02:30 It basically when it comes to Christmas it turns into one big karaoke where people can
02:35 sing along to Mariah Carey, they can come in and enjoy the drinks.
02:38 It also means that people are a little bit, well quite honestly a bit more festive and

02:44 We've been very fortunate that a lot of people have come down to chat about it, to basically
