Phone power bank explodes metres away from resident in Thailand

A phone power bank exploded while it was charging it a home in Thailand.Shocking footage shows thick smoke being emitted by the small electronic device as it was plugged into a wall socket in Surat Thani province on November 29.Only a few seconds later, there was a spark and flames erupted from it as the resident fled the room.The house was filled with smoke, but the fire did not spread and was quickly controlled.
