00:10 - It's my chocolate, it was my chocolate tart filling.

00:13 I didn't think glass would explode.

00:15 I've done it at work so many times.

00:17 - Right, A, you're gonna have to get another one on,

00:19 but B, you need to clear that up.

00:21 - Yeah.

00:22 Can I get the tart on first and then do it after?

00:23 - You need to just get a move on.

00:24 - I know, but I'm gonna do it well over now.

00:33 - You practically blew up the vacuum pack machine

00:37 that had to be thrown away, started again,

00:39 yet you still come to the table with a dessert

00:47 I felt like I'd either crash and burn or sort myself out,

00:50 so I just stood by my bench, just breathed,

00:52 and then got back to it, but I'm glad I did
