A Beijing court on Monday (Nov 27) began hearing the case involving compensation sought by the Chinese relatives of victims on board Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, which mysteriously disappeared over the South China Sea almost a decade ago.

The court did not release details of the case, but reports said more than 40 relatives are
