Four people have been injured - including one man seriously - after a car careered into a restaurant in Adelaide's east. Police are speaking with the driver about the incident... which damaged the front of the business and left staff and witnesses shaken.

00:11 Emergency services were called to Europe Pizza and Restaurant at the Wattle Park shops in
00:16 Adelaide's east when a car crashed into diners and the glass frontage just before 8 o'clock.
00:22 At least four people were hurt including a seven-year-old boy.
00:27 A 54-year-old Campbelltown man was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening
00:32 injuries.
00:33 Witnesses described the shocking incident.
00:36 "She came in pretty quick and then there's a gap and she comes through the gap and there's
00:41 a big table of a family outside and she hits the family and goes into the restaurant.
00:47 The staff were pretty shocked but we took her and we helped as much as we could and
00:52 as soon as I saw her I went and called triple zero and got help."
00:57 The driver, a 42-year-old woman from Roslyn Park, wasn't hurt.
01:01 "It's a bit of an overwhelming scene so people were a little bit shocked but we were able
01:07 to talk to the members of the public that were helping out and just make sure that they
01:10 were ok."
