00:09 Before Strong Women, we had our own independent choices and we had our own freedom and we're

00:14 absolutely strong and we chose this way.

00:17 A lot of times the self-awareness overcomes the jealousy.

00:21 You realize that things aren't what you imagine and you know that you actually have, you're

00:27 invested in the family and it's all, you really love the family and you love the person and

00:32 you do overcome that.

00:33 I mean, that's part of our choice.

00:36 Jealousy doesn't mean that we settle for less.

00:39 To be honest with you, I feel like my needs are completely met and I feel like everybody

00:42 would probably say the same.

00:44 My needs are met.

00:45 I haven't settled for less because I overcame the jealousy.

00:47 I learned, my perspective changed.

00:51 But my needs are completely met.

00:53 Every single need I have is met with my relationship with my husband and with my friendship with

00:59 my sister-wives.

01:03 You know what, I really actually think, I mean I still stand by all the things that

01:07 we said but I'm looking at us and I'm like, wow.

01:11 What's making you feel that way?

01:12 We look like we're babies.

01:13 We are babies.

01:14 We were so scared that day.

01:15 That was a scary day.

01:16 That was the first day that we went public in our culture and our life.

01:21 That's really a fair based thing and so to be able to do those interviews was so difficult.

01:26 But I really believe, one time I was talking to Janelle and I was like, I don't know if

01:30 I, the whole sister-wife thing and I was angry about being a sister-wife and all that.

01:33 She goes, no, no, no, no.

01:34 You are the strong, independent person you are because you are a sister-wife, because

01:38 of our religion, because of all the independence that it taught us.
