Final report has been released for fatal helicopter crash in remote NT that killed Chris 'Willow' Wilson

A long-awaited report has finally been released into the helicopter crash in Arnhem Land last year that killed a TV identity. The Australian Transport Safety Bureau has identified two contributing factors to the crash that ultimately led to the death of Chris 'Willow' Wilson.
