00:00 Good morning to all. Today is November 21, 2023 and here is the update on the weather forecast for the next 24 hours.
00:09 The shear line is still continuing to move along the eastern part of Visayas,
00:14 where it is still bringing the rainy season, especially in the eastern part of Southern Luzon,
00:20 as well as the large part of Visayas and several parts of Mindanao.
00:25 So, be careful for our countrymen in the possibility of flooding and landslides.
00:31 Meanwhile, the north-east monsoon or the "Amihan" is still continuing to move along the northern part of Luzon,
00:38 where it is still bringing the cold season, especially in the early morning.
00:42 And there is still a chance of weak rains or thunderstorms, especially in the eastern part of Northern Luzon.
00:50 At the moment, we are not seeing any bad weather that could affect our country,
00:57 but we are monitoring cloud clusters or floods here in the Palawan area or in the Suluci region,
01:05 in the north-east part of Mindanao, where we are continuously monitoring these floods
