01:00 Tamara's birth, 50 years ago, is still very clear to me. It was a Sunday afternoon, I
01:09 was in the front of our place doing some gardening when a car pulled up. Peter Anderson got out,
01:14 he walked up the driveway and he said three words that I heard so often throughout the
01:20 years of our partnership. He said, "Why don't we buy Piper Lodge, nursing home and convert
01:30 it into a private hospital?"
