00:03 Last night was really the defining moment for the Buffalo Bills, I thought, on the season, Jacob.
00:07 I mean, I really thought, as they say, that there was a switch that would just go on for the Bills.
00:12 I am shocked that they lost that game outright.
00:15 And I know everyone's looking at the penalty at the end of the game and maybe they should have won, but I mean, what is going on there with Buffalo?
00:21 We've seen their odds plummet, their win total right now drop.
00:25 Jacob, they are in a desperate situation.
00:28 I'm not even sure that they're going to make the playoffs this year based on what I'm seeing.
00:32 I mean, it can't just be Josh Allen, right?
00:34 That's not fair.
00:36 No, it's not Josh Allen, not just him.
00:39 He's obviously part of the problem.
00:40 He's not reading the field well.
00:42 He's making too many risky throws.
00:43 He's not operating within the construct of the offense, I believe, is part of the problem.
00:48 That's why he's thrown an interception in six straight games.
00:51 He's the first Bills quarterback to do that since Ryan Fitzpatrick in 2011.
00:55 And as much as we all love Ryan Fitzpatrick, he's not the company you want to be keeping if you're Josh Allen, who's supposed to be one of the best quarterbacks in the league.
01:03 I think if you look at the Bills, one of the issues they have on defense is they've suffered some key injuries.
01:08 They lost Tredavious White for the season.
01:10 They lost Matt Milano for the season.
01:12 So that has really hurt their back seven.
01:14 So their defense is a little bit leakier than it's been at times against good offenses.
01:18 So that's hamstrung them in some of the games.
01:20 But really, the problem is on offense.
01:23 I believe there's some sort of disconnect between Josh Allen, Stephon Diggs, and Ken Dorsey, their offensive coordinator.
01:30 What they're doing just isn't working in the passing game.
01:32 And we saw them run well against the Broncos last night, but they just couldn't consistently move the ball through the air in that first half.
01:39 And you just have to wonder, is there something, like, mentally going on with Josh Allen where he's not processing the field well?
01:46 Does he just not mesh with this offense?
01:47 Does he miss Brian Dable?
01:49 It could be a multitude of things, but that's why the Bills had this players-only meeting with their offense.
01:54 They were trying to figure things out.
01:55 It sounded like they felt like they were on the same page going into this Broncos game, and they very clearly weren't.
02:01 And Josh Allen has not been good this year, but I don't think you can blame it all on him.
02:05 There's a lot of issues with this Bills team that is kind of coming to a head at this point.
