00:08 Thank you, it's kind of you to say.
00:10 Yeah, I got the opportunity to watch a rough cut of the film a few months ago and I really
00:15 fell in love with Lucy Gray and her arc and her resilience and so I wanted to write a
00:20 song that sort of captured that and yeah, it's just such an honor.
00:24 I'm a big fan of all things Hunger Games.
00:27 And for you, and I feel like you're a true fangirl in that way, I know you were a Twilight
00:30 fan back in the day.
00:31 When you were asked to do the Hunger Games song as a former Hunger Games fan, how did
00:34 you feel?
00:35 Oh my gosh, I mean thrilled.
00:37 I read the books and watched the movies and yeah, I love the soundtracks too so it's just
00:43 really incredible to be a part of something so iconic.
00:45 I'm a true fangirl too so I really appreciate that.
00:48 For you, six Grammy nominations this week, how does that feel?
00:51 Oh my god, absolutely surreal.
00:53 It's just so incredible to be recognized by this amazing community of musicians so I am
