00:21 that is still outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:24 We have also recently observed more than 2,000 kilometers of northeastern coastline in Mindanao.

00:30 As of now, since this low-pressure area is not yet a storm,

00:34 we cannot say where it will be a storm and where it will pass.

00:42 most of our storms pass through the Bisayas,

00:47 hopefully, this one is also recurring or is also affected in the Bicol area.
