00:23 40 years or 35 years ago yes. So what brings you here today? We've just come for the illuminations

00:29 really. So what are you hoping to see? Just to see what the illuminations are like because I

00:37 remember them being very good when I was a child yeah. I have to say it's the first time in 50

00:44 odd years of my life I've ever been here but he lives in Preston so. I used to how long ago now

00:52 50 years ago 40 no 40 years ago so it probably is but the problem is we've come out of season

00:59 haven't we but it's still lovely and the people that we met so far are amazing. I love it. How

01:04 long have you been here? We got here about five hours ago. And what have you seen so far? Well

01:10 we've had a walk all around the amusements and things. We're about to go on the piers.

01:15 I want to do it all and then I'm plucking up the courage to go up the tower.

01:58 basically I got a day off I saw a trip advertised so I brought my lad. So we've seen the illuminations.

02:15 closed but we're out of season aren't we? Plus it's midweek and all that but it's fresh air isn't it?

02:34 we've come out of the quiet well we obviously have come at the quieter part of year but there's a few

02:39 newer bits aren't there I'd say that are quite nice and make it worth the trip I'd say even though

02:46 we're only here a few days but yeah obviously like with the illuminations this time of year

02:51 that's something we did want to see as well so that's been going a long while isn't it but it's

02:57 still worth you know something that makes it worth coming for. Have you come for the illuminations?

03:03 Yeah mainly actually isn't it? Yeah our son has autism and he really likes lights

03:10 so we've come so he can see them so he'll really enjoy it. Has he had a chance to see them yet?
