Don't underestimate the CONFIDENCE this type of training can build! THE pitfall with Hang Pulls, Block Pulls & Rack Pulls is going SO HEAVY that you use a body position DIFFERENT than the full movement that you're trying to improve! This is when it's ESPECIALLY important to be honest with yourself...
