00:17 Meanwhile, even though we are not seeing a storm entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility this Sunday,
00:23 we have seen a cloud cluster or a cluster of clouds here outside our Area of Responsibility
00:29 in the east of Mindanao.
00:31 This cloud cluster is getting closer and closer
00:33 and we are not losing the possibility of this being a low pressure area in the coming days.

00:44 expect high chances of rain here in Palawan

01:19 Expect the scattered rains this afternoon and tonight
01:22 over the western and central portions of Visayas.
01:25 The chances of rain here in Calabar Zone are still high,
01:29 as well as in several parts of the central zone,
01:30 including Metro Manila and Caramanrines Provinces.
01:33 And here in Cagayan Valley,
01:35 the shoreline was affected earlier in the early morning,
01:38 but the rain is expected to disappear and decrease there.
01:41 There are localized thunderstorms in some parts of Cordillera region.
01:46 Tomorrow, November 6, Monday,
01:49 expect high chances of rain over Palawan
01:52 and the eastern coastline,
01:55 while we have a full shoreline
01:57 or the hot eastern coastline
02:00 and the cold northeast monsoon by tomorrow
02:03 here in Quezon and Bicol region,
02:06 as well as Marinduque and Oriental Mindoro.
02:09 Expect the weather to be dark as early as morning
02:12 and it will be accompanied by scattered rain and thunderstorms.
02:14 The rain will be more frequent in the afternoon and Monday,
02:18 so be careful of possible flooding and landslides.
02:22 As I mentioned earlier,
02:24 the northeastern monsoon will return here in Northern Luzon,
02:27 with parts of the region expected to be cloudy,
02:28 and sometimes cloudy skies,
02:30 especially in Cagayan Valley and Cordillera region,
02:32 will be accompanied by scattered rain.
02:36 While in Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the central zone and Calabar Zone,
02:40 the sky will be partly cloudy,
02:42 with scattered rain and localized thunderstorms.
02:48 For our fellowmen in Visayas,
02:50 expect the sky to be cloudy over summer provinces,
02:54 accompanied by scattered rain and thunderstorms,
02:57 sometimes thunderstorms in the afternoon along the shoreline.
03:01 But for the rest of Visayas,
03:02 the sky will be partly cloudy until Monday,
03:05 accompanied by scattered rain, especially in the afternoon.
03:09 For our fellowmen in Mindanao,
03:12 the weather will be hot and humid
03:14 until the end of Easter and the hottest season in Zamboanga City,
03:17 up to 34 degrees Celsius,
03:19 in Davao City, up to 33 degrees,
03:22 and in Maycota, Batu City and Butuan,
03:24 possibly up to 33 degrees Celsius.
03:27 Some parts will be partly cloudy,
03:29 and sometimes cloudy skies,
03:31 especially in the afternoon,
03:32 accompanied by scattered rain,
03:34 which has nothing to do with a thunderstorm or low-pressure area.
03:38 For today and even for the next few days,
03:41 we do not expect a gale, warning,
03:44 or a rise in the waves that are dangerous to our fellowmen who are fishing.
03:48 But we expect that it will still be possible to reach
03:51 up to 3 meters of high waves
03:54 here in the Northern New Zone
03:55 because of the return of the Northeast Monsoon by tomorrow.
03:59 So be careful
04:00 with the occasional high waves up to the base of a house
04:03 and in some parts of our country,
04:06 particularly in Visayas, Mindanao and Southern New Zone.

04:13 And like I mentioned earlier,
04:15 when Tuesday and Wednesday arrive,
04:17 the Northeast Monsoon will still be in the Northern New Zone.
04:20 We expect the effect of a shear line
04:23 or the discovery of a hot Easter release
04:25 plus a cold Northeast Monsoon
04:27 here in the Southern New Zone and in the Eastern Visayas
04:30 as well as the Eastern portion of Mindanao.
04:32 And like I mentioned earlier,
04:33 it is possible that the cloud cluster will approach
04:35 and we will not rule out that this will be a low-pressure area
04:38 when the middle of this week arrives
04:40 and it will also rain in the large portion
04:42 of the Eastern Visayas and Mindanao.
04:44 So Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
04:46 will be almost like the weather conditions
04:48 that will be around Metro Manila
04:50 and the nearby areas here in the Central New Zone
04:52 and in the Calabar Zone.
04:53 Parts of the region will be cloudy
04:54 and the rest will be cloudy and cloudy in the sky.
04:56 So if there are times when it is cloudy,
04:58 there is no strong chance that the storms will continue.

05:44 and there will be localized thunderstorms,
05:46 especially in the afternoon.
05:48 To our fellowmen in Dinah over Metro Cebu,
05:51 Tuesday and Wednesday,
05:52 the chances of localized thunderstorms are high,
05:55 only in the morning.
05:56 Then the sun will be shining.
05:58 Then by Thursday,
06:00 the localized thunderstorms will be more in the afternoon.
06:03 And generally, fair weather conditions
06:05 will be better by Thursday morning.
06:07 And lastly, to our fellowmen in Dinah over Metro Davao,
06:10 and a large portion of Davao Region,
06:12 plus Caraga Region,
06:13 the rain will be scattered Tuesday and Wednesday
06:16 due to the possible disturbance
06:18 or intertropical convergence zone
06:21 of the low-pressure area.
06:23 So it is possible that there will be strong rains,
06:25 which will possibly cause floods or landslides.
06:28 Plus, by Thursday, the weather will be better,
06:31 but expect the hot and cold temperature
06:34 and localized thunderstorms until dawn.
06:37 The sun will set at 527°F in the afternoon
06:41 and will rise again tomorrow at 553°F in the morning.
