This is a review of my newest fitness addition. I just picked up my BoFlex Selectechs a couple days ago and wanted to share them with all of my viewers! These thing's are going to bring a whole new dimension to my BeachBody efforts.
I will be using these with ChaLean Extreme Starting March 19th - Expect weekly videos about my progress through the program - Including thoughts, tips, tricks, etc.
I will be following ChaLean with a second round of P90X and I expect some huge gains with having all this weight at my finger tips!
For many out there that don't know - Team BeachBody is growing every day with people just like you who want to make a difference in the fitness world by sharing their experience, tips, and resources with all others. it is possible to make this a Part-Time or Full-Time career, whichever you choose.
