00:21 plus the hot wind from the Pacific Ocean,
00:24 it also reduces the rainfall here in the central Luzon.

04:45 we expect partly cloudy skies and partly sunny skies in the morning
04:48 but there is a high chance of heavy rain
04:50 when it reaches the afternoon to evening
04:52 due to localized thunderstorms.
04:54 And the weather conditions for the entire Central Visayas are the same.
04:58 And for our fellowmen in Metro Davao and the entire Davao Region,
05:04 until the weekend ends,
05:06 we expect mostly cloudy skies when it reaches the afternoon
