00:08 Currently, we have two weather systems that are being monitored and are affecting our country.
00:14 The shear line is mostly affecting the central Luzon area and the north-east monsoon is still affecting the northern Luzon area.
00:24 We expect that the shear line will bring heavy rain and flooding.
