Plate Leg Curls York DD 75lb

Started Plate Leg Curls with 8x3 on a YORK 2nd Gen Olympic 45lb plate followed by this set of 6 with a YORK Deep Dish 75lb plate. Why do l like these so much? In addition to bending the leg, l have to pull outwards against the rim as well. Just like how squeezing a Stability Ball between the knees on Leg Raises TRIPLES Abdominal activation, pulling outwards on the rim during the Leg Curl greatly increases activation.
