Menanggapi terus naiknya jumlah korban, Badan PBB untuk pengungsi palestina (UNRWA) mengatakan prihatin dengan situasi yang ada. UNRWA memperingatkan bahwa orang-orang di Gaza tengah menghadapi bencana kemanusiaan yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya.
