NASA launches mission to mysterious metal asteroid

NASA's Psyche spacecraft launches on a six-year mission to explore a rare metal-covered asteroid, offering insights into the core of early planets. Different from typical rocky or icy asteroids, this marks the first mission to a metal world. SpaceX's launch from NASA's Kennedy Space Center is aimed at reaching the potato-shaped asteroid, Psyche, in 2029.
