00:00 It's amazing how many people in this business do it,
00:03 who suffer from suddenly get imposter syndrome,
00:07 suddenly feel--
00:08 - Panic attacks.
00:09 - Panic attacks are, I mean, they're awful.
00:12 They're really, really awful.
00:13 And it took me out of Les Mis.
00:15 I got ill, that spiral that happened of me
00:20 going into a dark plane depression and the panic attacks,
00:23 to the extent where I would get on a tube to go to work
00:28 and start having them there just at the idea of it.
00:30 It was leaving the show, doing nine months
00:34 of not talking to anyone, becoming agoraphobic,
00:36 finally thinking.
00:38 It was two phone calls, Cameron saying,
00:42 "You need to hit or get off the pot."
00:44 - Yeah.
00:45 - Because--
00:45 - They're tough love.
00:46 - Yeah, so come and audition for Phantom.
00:49 And I got asked to do a live TV show for Miss England.
00:53 And I thought, if I can get through this song,
00:55 live on television, and nobody knows,
01:00 that it'll never get worse than this.
01:02 So I kind of taught myself how to--
01:04 - So you didn't even have no therapy.
01:05 - Nothing, nothing, nothing at all.
01:06 - Got out there and just got on with it.
