00:16 to disarm explosives planted under a railroad bridge.
00:20 Had the bridge been destroyed, our journey would have been over.
00:23 But the Reds were one step ahead of us.
00:25 We took up positions and engaged the enemy.
00:29 Our riflemen charged into battle,
00:31 while our machine gunners provided covering fire.
00:34 The grenadiers knocked out the enemy's armor,
00:37 while our scouts joined the fight from afar,
00:40 revealing unseen threats.
00:43 The enemy believe in what they are fighting for.
00:46 They are tenacious and won't give up easily.

00:51 Fortunately, we won this battle.
00:53 My role as a combat medic was to try and keep everybody alive.
00:58 However, things did not look good at all with Maeslick.
01:01 After defusing the explosives at the bridge,
01:04 we managed to loot some rifles and ammunition on the way--
01:07 a welcome replacement for the weapons
01:09 we lost in our fight with the Reds.
01:11 We also discovered a warehouse with a supply of food and fuel.
01:15 We took as much as we could carry
01:17 and hurried back to the safety of our armored train.
01:21 But one critical task remained--
01:23 to save Maeslick's leg.
01:26 And with it, his life.
