00:00 Previously I just started here as a player due to connections with my family.

00:09 My two younger brothers were here and my mum and dad were here.

00:13 My dad was a curator here. My mum worked as a volunteer in the kitchen.

00:18 I wasn't a very good cooker in my day so my two brothers surpassed me with that.

00:22 I found that the administration side of things was probably an area where I was okay at.

00:30 I'm a part of the Cricket North West Board. You not only have just the one club, you have six clubs that you have an interest in.

00:40 I have a very strong interest in women's cricket and participations.

00:46 Being here at the Tribe is certainly something that we love.

00:52 The success that we've had with our women's program is a testament to that.
