Thai government 'will make sure' Bangkok mall shooting doesn't happen again, says PM  Thailand's Prime Minister promises that his government "will make sure that it doesn't happen again" after a shooting at a Bangkok shopping mall left two people dead and raised fresh questions about the kingdom's gun control. Thailand has the highest rate of gun ownership in the region.
