00:00 Hey guys, going to talk to you a little bit today about air pressure.
00:14 We're out here in Moab, it's a big mix of rock and surprisingly sand.
00:19 This stuff right here, it'll sink you pretty quick.
00:22 So how low can you go?
00:25 Well, we're running beadlocks.
00:26 These ATX beadlocks will give us the ability to get to about 5, 6 pounds and it's pretty
00:32 safe.
00:33 We could go even lower than that, but there's really no point.
00:35 Now, we don't have hydro assist steering on this JK.
00:38 So if we're going to go super low, especially in rock, it's going to have too much grip.
00:43 So what do we do?
00:44 We keep the front tires a little bit higher.
00:46 So we're at about 12 and a half up front, but in the back, 7 PSI is what we found has
00:51 been pretty good for these 37, 1250 Nittos.
00:53 That's what we're running out back.
00:55 Lower air pressure is going to allow wider footprint and you're going to be able to go
00:58 over the obstacle more easily.
00:59 It also makes the Jeep ride a lot better.
01:02 We're just going to keep playing with it and tuning it throughout the week.
01:04 So look forward to more tips.
