FACTZ caught up with country legend Tim McGraw to see how his workout routines are going and what he has on his rider.

00:13 You're looking good, but what is your typical day as far as working out?

00:14 What do you do?

00:15 I usually start on the treadmill with a warm up for 30 minutes to an hour.

00:17 And then do sort of circuit tracing for this.

00:19 Circuit training with just, you know, a little bit of a warm up.

00:20 And then I do a little bit of a warm up.

00:21 And then I do a little bit of a warm up.

00:29 So do you like upper body or do you lower body?

00:33 I do them all together.

00:34 Like a crossfit kind of thing.
