Air ambulance lands in Chorley as emergency services respond to ‘medical episode’

Emergency services were spotted responding to an incident in New Market Street at around 2.45pm on Monday (October 2).

Footage taken by James Randolph Photography also shows an air ambulance landing on the multi-storey car park in Friday Street.

Lancashire Police later confirmed they were called to a “medical episode”.

A spokesman for North West Ambulance Service added: “We attended to a patient requiring medical assistance.

“They were taken to hospital by road.

“Air ambulance crew also attended the scene.”
