00:40 So we have a whole range now, from London Living Rent for low income Londoners, to Intermediate
00:46 Rent for those that perhaps will not be on the council waiting list but really have struggles
00:52 paying a market rent.
00:54 So there's a real mix and I think that's working for London.
00:58 The Mayor of course has met all of his housing targets and we want to do more.
