00:02 It's so important to really do regional festivals
00:08 because yeah, there's so many people
00:10 that miss out on opportunities
00:13 with festivals just being in cities.
00:17 'Cause a lot of people can't make that travel,
00:19 especially after the festival,
00:20 say it's a single day, the event finishes so late
00:24 and people can't get home
00:25 and it costs a lot of money for people to travel.
00:27 And also it's really good tourism for the town.
00:31 It brings a lot of people from outside of,
00:34 say in this instance, Ballarat,
00:35 brings everyone in and kind of get to showcase the city.

00:42 It's this weird blend of like this real niche 90s,
00:51 like noisy, shoegaze genre.
00:56 A lot of indie rock influences.
00:59 We've just announced a new single,
01:01 which is coming out in a couple of weeks,
01:03 which is a bit more like fast paced,
01:06 energetic, trippy, dreamy experience.

01:12 It's exciting.
01:15 Last year, like we were very lucky.
01:17 We won the Triple J opening slot.
01:20 So it was really exciting that they asked us back again
01:26 this year.
01:27 It like brings things back into perspectives that,
01:30 you know, you get to return back to your hometown
01:35 and shows the journey and like the work you've put in
01:39 and kind of proves, you know,
01:40 if you work hard at something, it can pay off.
