00:17 process can be undertaken. The residents here this morning are just desperate to make sure that they

00:22 can save Port Stephens. This is the reality for their businesses, they're talking about oil migration

00:28 disruption, they're talking about disruption to commercial and recreational fishing. There is an

00:35 enormous reliance in this local community on tourism, on fishing and on a continuation of

00:43 the pristine environment as we know it. There's been inadequate environmental considerations taken

00:48 into account. The locals here just haven't been consulted in a way that is respectful, there's no

00:54 social license for this project, the local member is missing in action and I think people right up

00:59 and down the coast are particularly concerned that they are being treated as second-class citizens.
