00:15 There was a major article on South Africa in last week's London Sunday Times.
00:21 The article was written by the Times Johannesburg correspondent, Andrew Malone, and it was titled
00:28 "Blacks Turn Their Anger on Mandela."
00:33 The gist of the article was that as the South African infrastructure and economy continue
00:39 to disintegrate under black rule, most blacks in the country, having gotten over their euphoria
00:46 after having the country handed over to them in 1994, are now looking for somebody to blame
00:53 for their growing misery.
00:55 It's hard for the blacks to blame the honkies like they used to, because the honkies no
01:01 longer run things.
01:03 And it's not as if the whites left the country in a shambles.
01:07 When they turned the government over to Nelson Mandela and his black crew three years ago,
01:13 things were running quite well.
01:15 But conditions have gone downhill rapidly since then.
01:19 Not only has Mandela failed utterly to deliver the material goodies he promised—new houses,
01:26 new schools, new cars, and an easier life for blacks—but black unemployment has skyrocketed
01:34 as black leaders have mismanaged and exploited the economy, and soaring inflation has made
01:41 life increasingly difficult for those blacks who still have work.
01:47 Just one small reminder of the way in which the infrastructure of South Africa has decayed
01:53 in three years of black rule was provided by the mid-air collision of a German and an
01:59 American aircraft just off the west coast of South Africa two weeks ago, taking the
02:05 lives of all 33 people on board.
02:09 The mass media certainly have not had much to say about the cause of this disaster, but
02:14 knowledgeable airline pilots have put the blame squarely on the incompetence of African
02:21 air traffic controllers.
02:23 Since the advent of black rule, conditions in the air over South Africa have become chaotic,
02:30 and pilots consider it to be the most dangerous airspace in the world now.
02:36 On top of all this, the horrendous crime situation in South Africa plagues blacks as well as
02:43 whites.
02:45 When Mandela took over and blacks began running the police departments, law enforcement simply
02:50 ground to a halt.
02:53 Now black gangs roam the cities and rob, rape, and murder almost with impunity.
02:59 Johannesburg, which used to be a clean, safe, and orderly city under white rule, now has
03:06 the highest per capita murder rate of any major city in the world.
03:12 And in the countryside, the witchcraft craze is spreading and taking the lives of more
03:18 and more blacks.
03:20 Blacks accused of witchcraft are being stoned to death or necklaced in unprecedented numbers.
03:28 It's not surprising that many blacks are turning their anger on Nelson Mandela now, especially
03:35 since the corruption and incompetence of his regime are becoming increasingly apparent.
03:41 He and his black cronies are living high on the hog in the traditional manner of black
03:48 African potentates, while most ordinary blacks are living in substantially worse conditions
03:56 than they did under white rule.
03:58 News stories about his wife Winnie Mandela's stabbing to death of a 14-year-old black critic
04:05 and Nelson's ordering the kidnapping of a witness to the murder have not helped his
04:11 image.
04:12 What really is surprising is the growing number of blacks willing to openly express their
04:18 disillusionment with black rule and their nostalgia for the good old days of white rule.
04:25 A 35-year-old Negress interviewed for the Sunday Times article was one of many who said
04:32 that she much preferred white rule.
04:35 "There were not the problems then," she said.
04:39 "I have got no money now, and my clothes are in rags.
04:45 At least the police were effective then, and there was no crime.
04:49 I believed in Mandela, but now I don't."
04:53 Not so long ago, such an expression of preference for white rule would have resulted in the
04:59 necklacing of the interviewee.
05:02 Mandela's followers would have put a gasoline-soaked tire around her neck, wired her hands behind
05:09 her back, and burned her to death.
05:12 Nowadays, such sentiments are more likely to be condemned by white liberals in the United
05:18 States or Britain, who would refer to her contemptuously as "an Uncle Tom."
05:25 But for the shrinking number of Mandela's followers, they are more likely to blame the
05:30 declining popularity of their leader on the remaining white minority in South Africa,
05:37 since there aren't tires enough in the country to punish all of the blacks who are now disillusioned
05:43 with his regime.
05:45 They look enviously at the whites, who still live in nice homes, now surrounded by walls
05:51 topped with razor wire and patrolled by armed guards because of the crime problem, and still
05:57 manage their businesses or practice their professions as doctors or engineers or writers,
06:04 or serve as technical consultants for the black government.
06:08 And Mandela's people complain that the whites don't do enough for them, that the whites
06:14 spend too much time condemning the government for its corruption and whining about the crime
06:19 problem, and not enough time praising Mandela and proclaiming their solidarity with his
06:26 regime.
06:27 "The whites are too standoffish," the blacks complain.
06:31 They keep too much to themselves, instead of mixing with the blacks and demonstrating
06:36 their belief in equality and brotherhood.
06:40 And the whites are too successful, too industrious, too smart, too prosperous, too rich.
06:49 Suddenly the resentful blacks think about killing the goose which lays South Africa's
06:55 dwindling supply of golden eggs.
06:59 The time for that certainly is coming.
07:02 Meanwhile South Africa's whites concern themselves primarily with coping with the changed conditions
07:09 in their country, or what used to be their country before they voted three years ago
07:15 to give it away.
07:17 The most dangerous time for them every day is when they must open their gates and drive
07:22 out of their guarded enclaves to go to work.
07:27 Carjacking has become a major industry for blacks.
07:30 Sometimes they hide in shrubbery outside a gate, and if a white driver is so careless
07:36 as to stop his car and get out to close his gate, instead of having an armed guard do
07:41 it for him as he speeds away, they will jump him and take his car, and they may kill him.
07:48 Certainly if there is a woman in his car, she will be taken away and gang raped.
07:54 Raping white women is another major industry for blacks in the new, free South Africa.
08:03 When South Africa was under white rule, it was a safe and orderly place, with crime confined
08:10 almost entirely to the black townships, and even there it was kept within reasonable bounds
08:17 by rigorous white policing efforts, efforts which were condemned by liberals in America
08:23 and Britain as brutal and racist.
08:28 Every time the white government hanged a black murderer, the liberal media unleashed a torrent
08:34 of abuse on the wickedness of apartheid.
08:38 Now with apartheid gone, the murder rate in South Africa has risen until it is nearly
08:44 one hundred times the murder rate in Britain.
08:49 But of course, the liberal media have very little to say about that.
08:54 The sort of article I mentioned in last week's London Sunday Times is quite rare, and even
09:00 in such articles, the writers feel obliged to refer to "the horrors of apartheid" in
09:09 the old days, while lamenting that things haven't worked out in South Africa the way
09:13 the liberals had planned.
09:16 Some whites cope with the way things have worked out by building higher walls around
09:21 their houses and hiring more armed guards.
09:26 Others cope by immigrating.
09:28 But every time a white professional or manager leaves South Africa for good, the black unemployment
09:35 rate rises and black desperation grows.
09:39 Now lest there be some misunderstanding, let me assure you that I am not bothered a bit
09:46 by black desperation.
09:48 I am not bothered a bit by blacks necklacing each other or suspecting each other of witchcraft
09:54 or whatever.
09:55 I think that blacks ought to be left to do their own thing, as in Rwanda or Uganda or
10:01 Congo or Liberia, and whites ought not to get involved in feeding them or doctoring
10:08 them or sending them relief supplies or policing them.
10:13 I'm not even bothered very much by white desperation in South Africa, because the whites there
10:20 voted themselves into their present predicament.
10:24 Pathetically eager to be fashionable, disgustingly eager to prove to the world that they weren't
10:31 the racists the liberals were accusing them of being, a majority of them voted to turn
10:38 their country over to black rule in 1994.
10:42 So sometimes I am inclined to say, "Damn them.
10:47 Let them reap the reward for their weakness and their folly."
10:52 But then I must remind myself that my fellow whites in America and in Britain have not
10:58 demonstrated more strength or wisdom than the whites of South Africa.
11:04 Wherever there is democracy and wherever the mass media are in the hands of the enemies
11:09 of our people, we can expect the same sort of suicidal folly on the part of the majority,
11:16 the same sort of mindless, self-destructive rush to be fashionable.
11:22 Ultimately it is the minority of whites able to think for themselves, but in a democracy
11:28 subject to the foolishness of the majority with whom I sympathize.
11:33 I sympathize with the minority of white South Africans who voted against giving their country
11:40 away in 1994, and who now must suffer the consequences of the majority's folly.
11:48 I wish that every white South African who is killed during a carjacking, and every white
11:54 woman who is gang-raped by blacks when her car breaks down on a country road, could be
12:00 one of the fashionable twits who voted in 1994 to end apartheid.
12:07 But I know that that cannot always be so.
12:10 I know that many of them must be the self-respecting, race-conscious whites with whom I sympathize,
12:18 and my heart aches for them.
12:21 And my God, even the twits, most of them are guilty of no more than the same foolishness
12:27 and weakness which afflict most of our people everywhere.
12:32 With good leadership, with strong, responsible, loyal white leadership, they can build civilizations
12:40 and conquer the universe.
12:42 The best in them can shine.
12:45 And when they are led by traitors or criminals, and misdirected by liberal propaganda, the
12:52 worst in them shows itself.
12:54 Really, it is to the liberals we must direct our attention if we want to understand why
13:01 our fortunes as a race have declined so steeply in this century.
13:07 Do you remember the way the liberals were carrying on in America about South Africa
13:13 before 1994?
13:15 For two decades, ever since they finished cheering the Viet Cong to victory in Vietnam,
13:22 the destruction of white South Africa was at the top of their agenda.
13:27 Do you remember the hatred the liberals directed at South African whites?
13:33 It was unremitting.
13:36 Anyone who spoke up for South Africa was blasted with the same hatred.
13:41 Anyone who did business with South Africa was cursed and vilified.
13:46 Anyone who opposed disinvestment in South Africa or who was not in favor of a boycott
13:52 against South Africa was hated.
13:55 Hating white South Africans was absolutely the cringiest thing on university campuses
14:02 and in fashionable circles everywhere.
14:06 Protesting demonstrations and picketing and leafling against South Africa kept the liberal
14:12 rank and file busy while the liberal spokesmen poured out their hatred of South Africa in
14:19 editorial after editorial.
14:22 All of this liberal hatred might have been of no account except the liberals had the
14:28 mass media at their disposal and so the politicians danced to their tune.
14:35 The economic boycott of South Africa was enforced by the U.S. government and diplomatic pressure
14:41 was used to persuade many other countries to participate in the boycott.
14:47 Athletic and cultural boycotts also were organized by associations responding to liberal pressure.
14:55 It became illegal to buy any South African product or to sell or give anything to South
15:02 Africans which might be useful to them.
15:04 The only South African sports figures who were committed to compete internationally
15:10 were blacks and the only South African writers or playwrights or filmmakers who were given
15:16 an audience outside of South Africa were Jews such as Nadine Gortimer with her anti-white
15:23 novels or white turncoats who followed the Jewish party line.
15:30 And eventually the white South African majority caved in under the weight of the hatred and
15:36 voted to give away everything that their ancestors had worked and fought and died to build for
15:42 them.
15:44 The only truly progressive country on the African continent.
15:49 And the liberals having achieved their goal have moved on to other causes.
15:56 South Africa once their obsession no longer interests them.
16:01 And of course they accept no responsibility for what they did.
16:07 Liberals never accept responsibility for the disastrous consequences of their policies,
16:13 their enthusiasms, their causes.
16:16 They just move on to another cause.
16:20 You know I blame the destruction of South Africa on liberals.
16:26 But what is a liberal other than a person who just happens to wind up on the wrong side
16:33 of every important issue?
16:35 I think we ought to recognize the fact that there were at least two distinct types of
16:41 liberals involved in the hate campaign against South Africa.
16:47 First there are the liberals who are really cause driven.
16:52 Liberals whose hatred for white South Africans was based on some deep seated personality
16:58 disorder, some feeling of guilt or self hatred, or some infantile resentment against their
17:04 betters which fuels their manic egalitarianism.
17:10 But really these cause driven individuals, these manic liberals are a minority even among
17:17 the liberal spokesmen and editorialists.
17:23 Most people associated with liberal causes are not really psychologically abnormal.
17:30 They are simply bigots.
17:32 They hate whomever it is fashionable to hate at the moment.
17:36 They have a strong streak of authoritarianism in them.
17:41 That doesn't necessarily mean that they are supporters of the government.
17:45 Because we are very critical of the government during the Vietnam War for example.
17:51 Liberal authoritarianism manifests itself as a greater than average tendency to go with
17:58 the flow.
17:59 As a greater than average tenderness.
18:01 A greater than average tendency to condemn or to hate any non-conformist.
18:08 Most of the university students who were picketing companies which did business in South Africa,
18:15 most of the pension fund trustees who made a public show of refusing to buy stock in
18:21 such companies were liberals of this sort.
18:25 They are the feel good liberals.
18:28 They like being part of a mob.
18:31 And as I indicated, most of the people who wrote rabid editorials denouncing apartheid,
18:38 the South African system of racial apartness, of racial separateness, as the most evil system
18:46 ever conceived and who gave direction with their own hate to the rank and file haters
18:52 on the picket lines were also feel good liberals.
18:58 And that's also true of most of the people who still write such editorials today.
19:04 I have in front of me an editorial by John Simpson who is the foreign affairs editor
19:10 for the BBC.
19:12 And Mr. Simpson writes, and I quote, "The election of 1994 which brought Nelson Mandela
19:20 to power in South Africa was such a triumph of the human spirit, such a success for the
19:29 kind of virtues which rarely appear in political life, that even now no one really wants to
19:36 describe what is going on there.
19:39 We all hope it will get better of its own accord.
19:43 But instead of being a fairy tale, South Africa is one of the most violent countries in the
19:48 world.
19:49 Its government is riddled with inefficiency and corruption."
19:57 We must shake our heads in disbelief when we hear a man like John Simpson, an educated,
20:03 well-informed man in a very responsible position, a man who is neither a Jew nor a black, describe
20:11 the campaign of hatred against South Africa which resulted in a convicted black terrorist
20:17 being installed as president and the country being brought to ruin as a triumph of the
20:23 human spirit.
20:25 Mr. Simpson, like all liberals, simply refuses to accept responsibility for the damage he
20:32 and his kind have caused.
20:35 He refuses to consider the possibility that the cause of forcing white South Africans
20:41 to turn their country over to blacks was a perverse cause.
20:47 He refuses to consider the possibility that the egalitarian idea which underlies all liberalism
20:54 is an incorrect idea.
20:56 He thinks himself quite bold in recognizing the obvious fact that things have worked out
21:03 rather badly in South Africa.
21:06 That's certainly more than most liberals will admit.
21:10 I don't know Mr. Simpson personally, but I'm inclined to believe that he is not one of
21:16 those liberals who has deep-rooted feelings of guilt or inferiority because his potty
21:23 training went wrong.
21:25 I suspect he's one of the trendy authoritarian ones who is simply incapable of entertaining
21:33 an unorthodox idea.
21:36 He believes that since his cause was just when he was preaching hatred against white
21:42 South Africans and apartheid, he cannot be held accountable for what is going on in South
21:49 Africa today.
21:51 Something went wrong, but certainly it's not his fault, he believes.
21:55 It couldn't be.
21:56 He has always promoted the trendiest causes, the causes that all of the trendiest people
22:04 also were promoting.
22:06 So it can't be his fault.
22:09 Well, Mr. Simpson, we unfashionable people are getting a little tired of you and your
22:17 kind messing up the world and then refusing to accept responsibility for what you have
22:23 done.
22:24 We're fed up, and the day is coming when you and your kind will be held accountable for
22:33 what you have done.
22:35 We'll hold you accountable for every white woman raped in South Africa, for every white
22:41 man killed in South Africa during a carjacking.
22:45 We'll hold you accountable regardless of what kind of potty training you had.

23:07 One of the more interesting aspects of the ongoing saga of illegal campaign contributions
23:16 and money laundering in the Clinton administration is the Asian connection.
23:23 A temple full of Buddhist nuns who cannot speak English but who have handy checkbooks.
23:29 Clinton buddy Johnny Huang and other assorted Chinese and Indonesian gangsters, bankers,
23:37 and wheeler-dealers seem to have played a major role in getting the Democrats back in
23:42 the White House.
23:43 Some of the things that went on in the campaign to raise money for Mr. Clinton's re-election
23:49 are so outrageous that they're funny, not to mention criminal.
23:54 All of this would provide a basis for a good comedy film if the Jews who run Hollywood
24:01 were interested in that sort of thing.
24:04 What's not so funny about the Clinton administration's Asian connection is the payoff to the Asian
24:11 community in the form of government contracts.
24:15 From a strictly technical viewpoint, this payoff probably would be considered legal
24:21 because it falls under an affirmative action policy known as the Section 8(a) Minority
24:28 Business Set-Aside.
24:31 Under this policy, government contracts, instead of being awarded to the lowest bidder in a
24:37 competitive bidding process, are set aside to be awarded to non-white businessmen and
24:45 to companies owned by non-whites.
24:49 The theoretical justification for this program used to be that it would pump money into black
24:55 ghettos by giving government contracts to black entrepreneurs who in turn would hire
25:01 black workers, and the chance of black rioting would thereby be minimized.
25:07 Asians, like all other non-whites of course, also are able to qualify for 8(a) set-asides,
25:16 and the numbers doing so have risen spectacularly during the past few years.
25:22 In New York City, for example, Asians currently are grabbing 64.1% of the minority set-aside
25:31 contracts.
25:32 That's up from just 3.5% a decade ago.
25:38 Imagine that, up by a factor of nearly 20.
25:42 Isn't it an amazing coincidence that so much Asian money found its way into Mr. Clinton's
25:48 campaign fund while the amount of government money going to Asian businessmen was rising
25:54 so rapidly?
25:56 The figures elsewhere in the country are not all that different from those in New York.
26:01 In Alabama, for example, in the middle of the black belt, Asians got 46.3% of the minority
26:09 set-aside contracts last year.
26:11 The figure a decade ago was just 2.6%.
26:17 Not surprisingly, the Clinton administration is fighting desperately to keep the 8(a) minority
26:25 set-aside program alive in the face of opposition from the majority of Americans who want to
26:32 do away with all affirmative action programs.
26:35 Actually, the recent Asian takeover of the 8(a) set-aside program is a good thing for
26:42 white Americans.
26:44 Before the Asians made their move, 8(a) set-asides were just another taxpayer handout to blacks
26:51 in order to keep them from making too much trouble.
26:54 When the Chinese and the Koreans and the Vietnamese got into the racket, though, they applied
27:00 intelligence to it which the blacks simply don't have.
27:05 They figured ways to milk the program for more money than the blacks had ever dreamed
27:10 of.
27:11 The 8(a) set-aside program has produced a new class of Asian multimillionaires who in
27:18 turn have been generous contributors to Mr. Clinton and the Democratic Party.
27:24 We the taxpayers, of course, are paying for the whole crooked business.
27:29 But now, thanks to the excessive cleverness of the Asians and the excessive greed of the
27:36 Clintonistas, it has become such a stinking scandal that we have a reasonable chance of
27:44 seeing the whole thing exposed in a way which will be a major setback to all of those who
27:50 want to keep affirmative action programs alive.
27:54 That's why it's good that the Asians have elbowed aside the blacks and taken over the
27:59 8(a) set-aside swindle.
28:02 The blacks never would have figured out in a million years how to use an affirmative
28:07 action program to buy massive political influence the way the Asians have.
28:13 But exploiting affirmative action isn't the only thing Asian immigrants have figured out
28:19 how to do.
28:21 They've also learned how to cheat government welfare programs in new and creative ways.
28:28 As younger Chinese immigrants have prospered from 8(a) set-asides, they have brought their
28:34 parents and their grandparents over from China, put them in government subsidized apartments,
28:41 and then signed them up for every welfare program available, including supplementary
28:46 security income.
28:49 Hundreds of thousands of elderly Chinese and other Asians who have never worked a day in
28:55 the United States and cannot even speak English are now living very comfortably off the American
29:01 taxpayers, while their well-to-do children who brought them over continue to get even
29:07 richer from various government programs favoring non-whites.
29:13 The latest figures from the U.S. Census Bureau are from 1990, and they show elderly Chinese
29:19 immigrants in California receiving supplementary security income at more than five times, more
29:28 than five times the rate for elderly native-born Americans.
29:34 And blacks are included among those elderly native-born Americans.
29:39 And although we don't have figures later than those from 1990, it is quite certain that
29:45 the disproportion has become substantially greater since then because the immigration
29:52 of elderly Chinese has been booming.
29:55 The word is out all over Asia that the United States is the land of free money for elderly
30:03 Asians, and most of this Asian welfare racket is illegal.
30:10 In order to get their parents and grandparents into the country, the children sign papers
30:15 pledging to be financially responsible for them.
30:19 But after their parents and grandparents are in, the younger Asians ignore those pledges
30:25 and put their relatives on welfare.
30:29 Just hold your breath, waiting for the Clinton government to crack down on these Asian welfare
30:35 cheats.
30:36 The people in the government know what's going on.
30:40 They know that this racket is costing white taxpayers billions of dollars every year.
30:47 But there's no chance at all of any of these Asians being called to account.
30:52 The Democrats have developed a very cozy relationship with Asian immigrants, and they're not about
30:58 to spoil it.
31:00 The really bad thing about all of this is that as Asians have mastered the technique
31:06 of milking the U.S. Treasury, more and more of them have come flooding into the country.
31:12 A few years ago, we had a very small Japanese minority on the West Coast, and a few China
31:19 towns in major cities, and that was about it.
31:23 Now Asians have become a fast-growing minority all across the country, and their presence
31:29 is becoming increasingly intrusive and disruptive.
31:33 Unfortunately, many of our people, especially those with libertarian or individualist tendencies,
31:41 have been slow to understand this threat.
31:45 They see Asians as intelligent, hardworking, and much better disciplined than blacks.
31:52 They feel that if they must have a non-white neighbor or co-worker or fellow student, it's
31:59 much better to have an Asian than a black or a mestizo.
32:05 This is a very short-sighted and selfish view of the situation.
32:09 For one thing, as the number of Asians flooding to our shores has grown, more and more of
32:15 their bad habits have begun coming with them.
32:19 Asian crime and Asian gangs, for example.
32:22 As I mentioned on an earlier program, despite what many people may believe, Asians are not
32:30 especially law-abiding.
32:32 The Asian minority in America commits substantially more murders on a per capita basis than the
32:38 white majority, and they are even better represented among white-collar criminals.
32:45 They have a way with money.
32:47 It is not for nothing that the Chinese are known as the Jews of the Orient, wherever
32:54 they have settled as a significant minority.
32:58 For another thing, it is precisely the good habits of the Asian immigrants, their intelligence,
33:05 their self-discipline and willingness to work, which make them an especially dangerous minority
33:11 for us.
33:13 I know that there are many white Americans with a Pollyanna outlook on Asian immigration.
33:19 They believe that Asian immigrants will simply blend in and use their good traits to make
33:25 this a more prosperous country for all of us.
33:29 They believe that after Asians have lived here for a while, they will become just like
33:33 white Americans, except they will keep their lawns neater and their kids will make better
33:39 grades in school.
33:41 Hey, wake up!
33:43 Just because white Americans have fallen for the line of egalitarian baloney put out by
33:49 the controlled media and the government that people of all races really are the same, doesn't
33:55 mean that the Chinese and the other Asian immigrants have fallen for it.
34:00 In fact, one of the really admirable things about the Chinese and the Japanese, for example,
34:06 is their very strong sense of race consciousness.
34:11 They do have pride in their own racial characteristics, in their history and traditions and culture,
34:18 in their uniqueness, and they do understand the value of cooperation with their own kind
34:24 and of sticking together.
34:26 And as their numbers grow, they will become an increasingly formidable force we will have
34:30 to deal with.
34:31 We don't want America to become more like China or any of the other countries Asian
34:37 immigrants have come from.
34:39 We want them to take their intelligence, their self-discipline, and good work habits back
34:44 where they came from.
34:46 We'd much rather deal with these people from a distance.
34:50 I've briefly mentioned three things today.
34:55 Racial corruption, as manifested in Mr. Clinton's Asian Connection, the exploitation of the
35:02 government's various minority-oriented welfare giveaway and affirmative action programs by
35:08 Asians, and the problem of skyrocketing Asian immigration and the effects it is having on
35:15 American society.
35:17 I've tried to bring out some of the interconnections of these three problems.
35:22 But of course, each of these problems is part of a larger problem.
35:28 The illegal campaign contributions and money laundering associated with Mr. Clinton's re-election
35:35 are part of the much larger problem of the growing crookedness of the politicians in
35:40 this country, the growing corruption of the system generally.
35:45 The Asian manipulation of the 8(a) minority set-aside program is just one aspect of the
35:53 rottenness and inappropriateness of welfare programs generally.
35:59 And the recent growth in Asian immigration is just part of the much larger problem of
36:06 the non-white immigration which is changing the nature of America.
36:12 Now an interesting thing about these three problems is that they are generally recognized
36:19 by the American people, not just by extremists like me.
36:24 Most Americans have a general awareness of the growing corruption of the government,
36:29 even if they haven't tried to figure out the details.
36:33 Most Americans have a growing disgust of the government, a growing disgust with the political
36:39 process.
36:41 We can see this just in the growth in the percentage of Americans who decline to vote.
36:47 They're fed up with the whole business.
36:51 People are fed up with government welfare programs too, at least white people are fed
36:56 up.
36:57 You know, welfare used to be a community thing.
37:02 People used to help each other out.
37:04 Even the ne'er-do-wells could count on a handout from the churches.
37:09 Even the village idiot could count on some charity from other villagers.
37:14 But there was no pretense that the ne'er-do-wells and the village idiot were respectable citizens
37:21 with the rights and privileges of other citizens, or that they were entitled to their handouts.
37:28 They were tolerated, but not to the point that anyone would be inclined to join their
37:33 ranks.
37:35 Welfare was kept to a minimum, and that's the way it should have been.
37:40 Today, in the hands of the government, the welfare system has become a socially destructive
37:46 monster.
37:48 We have a large and growing class of people in America who believe that they are entitled
37:54 to a handout.
37:56 They believe that the rest of us owe it to them.
37:59 Trying to support this welfare class with our taxes is increasingly galling to working
38:06 Americans, and very few of us are fooled by the government's periodic announcements of
38:12 so-called "welfare reform."
38:16 It has meant those aspects of the government's welfare system which are specifically anti-white,
38:24 such as affirmative action, which have generated the most public dissent recently.
38:30 But the truth of the matter is that the entire welfare system, not just those aspects of
38:36 it which are aimed at giving non-whites special advantages, has become a thorn in our side.
38:44 People are fed up with the whole thing.
38:48 And immigration is another issue on which the position of the great majority of the
38:53 people is far away from the position of the government.
38:58 The people are very worried about what continued non-white immigration is doing to America.
39:05 They see more and more Asians, more and more Mexicans, more and more non-whites of all
39:13 kinds around them.
39:15 They see their neighborhoods changing, their cities changing, their schools changing, becoming
39:21 more alien, more foreign, more non-white.
39:26 And they don't like it.
39:28 The government tells us that we should like it, that we're racists if we don't like it,
39:34 that we need more diversity, and they keep the floodgates open.
39:41 You know what all of this amounts to?
39:44 You know what all of this government corruption and welfare racketeering and non-white immigration
39:51 means?
39:53 It means the looting of America by greedy predators.
39:59 It means the plundering of our heritage and our children's heritage by hungry predators.
40:07 Our ancestors came over here from Europe with a more or less healthy and realistic attitude
40:13 toward the world.
40:15 They were race conscious.
40:17 They understood that the strong survive and the weak perish, and they didn't favor institutions
40:24 to promote weakness.
40:26 They conquered this continent, and it is ours by right of conquest.
40:32 Our ancestors understood that we had to remain strong and vigilant if we wanted to remain
40:38 masters in our land.
40:41 But we didn't.
40:43 We didn't.
40:45 We became soft and weak.
40:48 We became inattentive.
40:51 We let ourselves be confused about race, about our heritage, about the nature of the world
41:02 we live in.
41:03 We dropped our guard, and then the predators moved in and went to work.
41:10 They saw that we were soft and vulnerable, but they realized that we could still become
41:16 dangerous if we realized our situation and began taking steps to regain our strength.
41:24 So they did everything they could to make us even weaker while they strengthened their
41:29 own positions.
41:31 They preached to us against racism so that we would not unite on the basis of our racial
41:38 roots.
41:39 They encouraged immigration from the non-white world in order to dilute our political strength.
41:46 They bought the support of non-white minorities and of the dregs of our own people with a
41:55 growing government welfare program.
41:59 And now the feeding frenzy has begun.
42:03 The word is out around the world.
42:06 Whitey has become soft.
42:09 The gringos are ripe for the plucking.
42:12 The honkeys are on the run, too confused to understand what's happening and too stricken
42:18 by a sense of racial guilt to fight back.
42:22 In China, in the Philippines, in Vietnam, in Haiti, in El Salvador and Nicaragua, they
42:31 watch what's happening in America and they can hardly believe their eyes.
42:36 The white man has become crazy.
42:39 He is giving everything away.
42:41 They think there's free money for us in America and the white man won't even try to keep us
42:47 out.
42:48 And if he does try, his government will be on our side, not his.
42:54 And so, as I said, the feeding frenzy has begun.
43:00 And the renegade whites have joined the plunderers.
43:04 All like Bill Clinton, and for that matter, practically all of the politicians, Republican
43:11 as well as Democrat, instead of trying to defend America from the plunderers, have been
43:17 trying to grab as big a share of the plunder for themselves as they can.
43:23 And so, where does that leave us?
43:27 The people who are being plundered.
43:29 What can we do to protect ourselves?
43:32 Is there any chance that we can preserve part of our heritage for our children?
43:39 Actually, I believe there is a chance.
43:44 The fact that so many Americans are fed up with the government gives me hope.
43:49 The fact that so many Americans are willing to oppose the government's policies on affirmative
43:55 action and open door immigration, even at the risk of being labeled racists by the controlled
44:02 media, gives me hope.
44:05 Of course, it'll be a while yet before we'll be able to do what needs to be done.
44:12 It'll be a while before we'll be able to drag anyone out of the White House and string him
44:17 up from a lamppost on Pennsylvania Avenue.
44:21 It'll be a while yet before we can sow landmines along our border with Mexico and begin rounding
44:27 up Chinese immigrants in California and packing them aboard ships headed west.
44:33 But the time for that is coming.
44:37 And the more politicians who join Bill Clinton and the Washington feeding frenzy, the more
44:43 Democrats and Republicans who begin grabbing for everything they can get while the getting
44:49 is still good, the sooner we'll be able to do what needs to be done.

45:17 There was a major article on South Africa in last week's London Sunday Times.
45:23 The article was written by the Times Johannesburg correspondent, Andrew Malone, and it was titled,
45:31 "Blacks Turn Their Anger on Mandela."
45:35 The gist of the article was that as the South African infrastructure and economy continue
45:41 to disintegrate under black rule, most blacks in the country, having gotten over their euphoria
45:48 after having the country handed over to them in 1994, are now looking for somebody to blame
45:55 for their growing misery.
45:57 It's hard for the blacks to blame the honkies like they used to because the honkies no longer
46:03 run things.
46:05 And it's not as if the whites left the country in a shambles.
46:09 When they turned the government over to Nelson Mandela and his black crew three years ago,
46:15 things were running quite well.
46:17 But conditions have gone downhill rapidly since then.
46:21 Not only has Mandela failed utterly to deliver the material goodies he promised, new houses,
46:28 new schools, new cars, and an easier life for blacks, but black unemployment has skyrocketed
46:36 as black leaders have mismanaged and exploited the economy, and soaring inflation has made
46:43 life increasingly difficult for those blacks who still have work.
46:49 Just one small reminder of the way in which the infrastructure of South Africa has decayed
46:55 in three years of black rule was provided by the mid-air collision of a German and an
47:01 American aircraft just off the west coast of South Africa two weeks ago, taking the
47:07 lives of all 33 people on board.
47:11 The mass media certainly have not had much to say about the cause of this disaster, but
47:16 knowledgeable airline pilots have put the blame squarely on the incompetence of African
47:23 air traffic controllers.
47:25 Since the advent of black rule, conditions in the air over South Africa have become chaotic,
47:32 and pilots consider it to be the most dangerous airspace in the world now.
47:38 On top of all this, the horrendous crime situation in South Africa plagues blacks as well as
47:45 whites.
47:47 When Mandela took over and blacks began running the police departments, law enforcement simply
47:52 ground to a halt.
47:55 Now black gangs roam the cities and rob, rape, and murder almost with impunity.
48:01 Johannesburg, which used to be a clean, safe, and orderly city under white rule, now has
48:08 the highest per capita murder rate of any major city in the world.
48:14 And in the countryside, the witchcraft craze is spreading and taking the lives of more
48:20 and more blacks.
48:22 Blacks accused of witchcraft are being stoned to death or necklaced in unprecedented numbers.
48:29 It's not surprising that many blacks are turning their anger on Nelson Mandela now, especially
48:37 since the corruption and incompetence of his regime are becoming...
