01:59And they have to obviously pass inspections for all the regulations when you're making food and stuff like that.
02:05Also, if you're making Cheerios, you've got a brand that you need to protect.
02:09You can't be just, you gotta, there's a level of quality your customers have come to expect.
02:14So, you have to keep that machine working perfectly so that you can have an identical product being constantly produced.

02:30you, the way you're figuring out your profits is you have to have a predictable rate of production.
02:38And so, a smaller company might buy a piece of machinery and just run it,
02:44just like a poor person might drive their car until it, until it breaks and then they fix it.

02:54and if you're a company like this, the cost involved in that inconvenience,

03:06So, my dad, what his job was as an engineer, was to go around looking at these machines
03:12and trying to find out what was going to fail before it failed
03:17so they could replace that part and so that they wouldn't, there would never be any downtime.

03:27Because if they did have a machine go down, you could be losing millions of dollars.
