00:07 West Sussex will see its first bleed control cabinet installed in Crawley and Worthing

00:11 on Tuesday, September 26th.

00:14 Co-founder of Project Youth Official, Carl Scott, said the Worthing kit will be installed

00:17 in Warwick Street near the defibrillator phone box at 10.30am.

00:22 The Crawley one will be installed at the Kingsgate car park at 12.30pm.

00:26 Carl said that any member of the public or business can access the cabinets to help stem

00:31 a bleed if anyone has been injured, which increases their chances of survival while

00:35 waiting for an ambulance.

00:37 An outbreak of Covid among air traffic control staff at London Gatwick Airport has led to

00:41 a number of flight cancellations and thousands of passengers facing delays.

00:45 Staff sickness in the control tower mean the flow rate of flights were reduced at the West

00:49 Sussex Airport.

00:50 This meant 50 flights to and from Gatwick were cancelled or diverted and an estimated

00:54 8,000 passengers are left out of position.

00:58 EasyJet passengers were the most affected by the outbreak, with the airline cancelling

01:01 a total of 42 flights.

01:03 Eight flights were grounded between Gatwick and both Belfast airports, while multiple

01:07 cancellations were also made on EasyJet links with Edinburgh, Geneva and Paris CDG.

01:13 A Bexhill school has been praised by Ofsted in its latest report by inspectors.

01:17 Chantry Community Primary School in Barrack Road was rated as 'good'.

01:22 Inspectors said children felt safe and happy at the school.

01:25 Ofsted inspectors also said, 'Staff support pupils who struggle to cope with playtime

01:29 as well.

01:30 This helps pupils to remain calm and develops their ability to manage their own behaviour.'
