00:41 It's the first time Monica really sees Casey in action,

00:49 She has this really great line that just says,

00:52 Which I thought was extremely messed up,
00:54 but really romantic.
00:56 And she's starting to see how death,
00:59 through it, kind of follows him.

01:52 And I think Repra understands for the first time
01:54 how sort of dangerous the decision he's made is, too.

02:03 It's unbelievable, and watching him do it
02:05 was a completely surreal experience
02:07 every time it was scary.

02:11 I mean, hit the gate, you know,
02:12 and I jumped out of the way,
02:13 and the camera was right behind me.
02:14 I think there's a point at which Jimmy accepts his fate
02:17 in this moment and tries to hold on.
02:19 I don't know if John Dutton feels
02:20 that he has made a cowboy out of him,
02:23 but Rip's intention is to do that.
02:24 It's really meaningful for him to just have somebody
02:27 sort of nod in his direction.
02:30 There's things we'd like to talk to you about.
02:32 Things like your future.
02:34 The moment in the governor's office is a great example
02:36 of how Jamie has to deal with emotions in his life.
02:39 His business is tied to his family.
02:41 When they hand him the photo,
02:42 and he has to take a first look at it,
02:44 he doesn't have time to have an emotional reaction.
02:46 He has to show that he's tough enough to handle this
02:49 and deal with the situation presented in front of him,
02:51 in front of two very important people.
02:53 And it starts screaming "cover up,"
02:55 and it's screaming it at your father.
02:57 Jamie has aspirations to be in politics,
02:59 and he's sitting in front of the governor,
03:01 who's kind of got the keys to that for him,
03:03 and he's got to prove it in this moment.
03:06 I'll get into it. Do it fast.
03:08 This is the kind of ship that sinks everyone.
03:11 That's the only kind of ship I ever find myself on.
03:13 John bending the law or breaking the law
03:15 and deciding that, you know,
03:17 this is something that has to be covered up,
03:19 and Jamie knowing that that's the case and...
03:22 We need that medical examiner to take a new move.
03:24 These are dangerous decisions.
03:26 I think these are leading to hard times
03:28 between John and Jamie.
