Huge Constructions Valencia 2021: Plaza de la Reina & Around Mercado Central

We live in the time of changes and 2020 and 2021 has been huge years of changes for Valencia, not just because of the Corona Virus. But also because of long planned reconstructions of city center key points.
A few month into the pandemic the city of Valencia already turned the city's main square, the Plaza del Ayuntamiento into a mostly pedestrian exclusive zone. We published a video on this transformation not too long ago:

Now the city of Valencia is keeping their promise and turning the Plaza del la Reina and the area around the Mercado Central into a place for it's citizens and visitors. Less traffic, more plants and trees, more quietness and we really hope more beautiful too.
