I never have seen a more busy Starbucks ever. There are two lines. One to get seated and once you have your spot you have to wait in line again to order. The people working here are super coordinated! And BTW if you are looking for work in Tokyo from a coffee shop then Starbucks is one of a few options for free wifi here.
