00:05 Running helps you not only just in your fitness way,

00:09 but it also is good for your mental health.

00:11 I know you've spoken about this an awful lot.

00:13 And also, running is responsible for you

00:16 and your new partner,

00:18 who you've spoken about quite recently.

00:19 It's something you bond over, you run together.

00:22 - Yes, yes, Tanya Frank.

00:24 So we met the first year that we did the marathon.

00:28 Look, it's a very funny thing.

00:29 I could not have picked two ladies who are more opposite.

00:33 They're the polar opposites of each other

00:35 when it comes to talking about their personal life.

00:38 I mean, Barbara, if she would have sneezed at 11 o'clock,

00:40 she'd give you a three hour interview

00:42 on how it made her feel and the tingling in her nose.

00:46 Whereas Tanya just, you know, she's an incredible lady,

00:50 but she just believes that her personal relationships

00:52 are not something that she would discuss.

00:54 And I respect that, you know, just as much.

00:56 But we did meet through running

00:58 and we still do run together, which is a fantastic thing.
